NEED
Soft tortillas
Taco shells (aka corn tortillas)
Cheese
Lettuce
Salsa
Sour cream
Tomatoes
Paper plates!
WANT
Beans (black/pinto/retried are options)
Black olives
Cilantro
Guacamole
Onions (raw/grilled/green are options)
Peppers (bell, raw jalapeños, pickled jalapeños are options)
Rice
MAYBE
Corn (roasted or regular)
Mushrooms
Potatoes
EXTRA
Corn chips
Green salad (better than eating the lettuce, etc from the toppings)
Rice (to eat might need more)
Eater's Choice

At this time I'm going with numbers of who has said they want in - looks like 5 so far so if we aim for enough of each thing for 8 people, 2 servings we're probably good
If more come on-board during the week (I'm going to say end of week cut off to give people time to shop) I can change quantity

I figure we each commit to something from the NEED list and maybe something from the WANT list
From NEED I've got:
- I've got 3 bags of shredded cheese - might be enough if only a few people, otherwise could use more
- I also have a bag of whole wheat soft tortillas to contribute - will probably need more
From WANT (and EXTRA) I've got:
- several boxes of Arroz Amarillo I can make
- and I'll do smoked peppers (if someone wants fresh feel free to bring)
