What's your MOMENT?

(I doubt I would be the star, more of supporting cast..but this is my little trailor)

Sally Lautner and another nondescript person is rushed away from a treeline echoing with screams of the unnatural toward a dimly lit Diner. A man in corporate blacks and a security hat holds his handheld flamethrower at the ready, guarding the makeshift triage created inside. The doors open wide to a scene of makeshift operating tables and EMTs resetting unconscious mangled body's limbs. No hands are un-busy except for one pair. In the back a Doctor in a White Coat with an unimpressed look on her face takes Sallys body and sits it on a nearby backless camping chair already seeped in blood. She slips on a new pair of gloves as she gets to work with blood compresses and attaches a small technological band to wrap around the back of his neck.

Sallys body spasms as his eyes shoot open as visible gashes seem to meld close with the soft twinkle of silver shine. The doctor takes the band off of the back of Sally neck and tests Sallys visual compatibility.

"Would you like a treatment Sally?"
"Yes Ma'm!! A big one if ya got it!"

The doctor pulls out a small container of neon glowing syringes and begins short shallow injections in Sally's arm.

The screen flashes to the nondescript person as he now holds limp in his comrades arms. The carrier drags him to the Doctor as she barely spares a glance.

"Doctor! You have to save him! No everyone else is free!"

"No." -Time seems to slow as white noise grows in, to end suddenly- "He didn't sign a waiver, he is not my concern until he is dead."

The person pulls a gun on the doctor, "You selfish corporate dog! You will help him or I will blow your head away!"

The aggressor is quickly and immediately drenched in flames. He drops his friend and starts ripping his burning clothes off with a yells of agony. The camera turns as the aggressor it hit in the face with the butt of the flamethrower and falls to the floor unconscious himself. The security guard from the first scene bends down and finds a pulse before leaving him as he lay without a word to walk back outside the triage diner door.

The doctor spares neither of them a glance as she places an empty syringe back in the holding container and Sallys eyes take on a fine silver gloss. Sally checks his clip and with a loud cheer runs back out into the night.

The Corporate Doctor walks over to the original patient that was brought in with Sally, and touches his neck...nothing...with a small smile she leverages him up and starts walking the body to the defibrillator...one of the triage doctors calls after her, "The defibrillator has been giving people problems all night!"

*classic head turn towards the camera* The doctor wears a large predatory smile..., "MY defibrillator wouldn't dare break on me...it knows I would melt it to slag."

*Screen flashes to a pure black screen with the flat line sound in the background...it continues for longer than anyone expects... long enough for it to be uncomfortable...then a singular beep to indicate a heart restarting* "Told you."

I don't think Malcolm has hit that moment just yet.

Mason on on the other hand's moments would suit a movie trailer well, but none of his would be action shots. He as a character was better represented by inner struggle and smaller emotional moments.

1) Mason walks to his bathroom sink and splashes his face with water obstructing his vision. When he looks up he flinches with horror as his reflection is grinning sadistically at him with a malicious stare, as he regains his composure and looks back it's just his startled dripping face trying desperately to keep his composure. Gus calls from the other room and says something unintelligible; and Mason calls back a hint of fear in his voice, as he lies; "Its nothing..."

2) Cries and gunfire echo from nearby, Mason stands with a few others in a cave of black stone. He stares forward captivated by what lies ahead of him in the black tunnel. The camera's angle changes to share his perspective and we see noble Gus, his T-shirt blackened from some sort of gunpowder, small splatterings of blood stains mar his face. He turns and looks back at Mason "Do the right thing Mason" and with that he turns and walks down the tunnel disappearing from view in the abyss of the cave.

3) An empty pitch black room with whorls of (Maybe an Eldritch Green in color) wispy fog or smoke. Two identical Mason Fells stand arguing: The first's form is somewhat transparent, he wears no Demonic bindings and his expression is marred with contempt and rage. The other's chains dangle from his sleeves, he has a look of desperation on his grief stricken face. Their words are not understandable from the audience's perspective, but it is clear they are both passionate. At one point the Ghostly Mason's face changes with concern, doubt creeps in. But he dismisses it, and with one last look of rancor he fades away. Leaving the lone Mason's gaze to drop despondently and the camera fades out.

While way too long For a Trailer or even a TV intro, perhaps for a Sneak Peak style scene that is often released, to drum up hype, interest, and speculation.

4) The same setting as the previous. This time Mason Fell weeps at the feet of an unknown woman not previously introduced to the audience, she looks on at him with sorrow and concern. This time we can hear a snippet of their conversation as Mason almost obsessively cries out "No, no, no, no,. no, not you... I am so sorry, I couldn't save him, I tried. Just like how we couldn't save you. Please not you it's not fair, I can't ask this of you. "

And with that the audience is treated to a very rapid stream of memories from Mason's perspective: A bar laughing with Gus this kind faced woman. Fast forward to Mason handing the rings to Gus and his bride to be, a church as Mason is named godfather of their daughter, a blazing fire; a stone faced Gus holding a bloodstained axe and the hacked corpse of the demon responsible. A funeral: two caskets one for an adult, one for a child... Gus's last walk (#2 on this list) his words echoing "Do the right thing Mason..."

The memories fade and the audience now armed with the knowledge of who this woman is. She smiles sadly and looks at her old friend, "I won't have my husband suffer alone, if he continues to fight then so will I..." The scene pans out before the conclusion is revealed.

Levi:

Would have a shot of him kind of as a backround character holding a slice of cake and straightening his tie looking at the camera, with a smile on his face walking through the Diner.

Later in the trailer when all the action shots are happening there would be a split second shot of Levi on the ground surging with some kind of power, with the Fallen Angels looming over him silhouetted.

Although, if Levi was the MAIN character:

There would be a file on the table labeled "Whisper Hill" and a figure on the phone saying "Special Agent O'Brian you have been requested"...

A shot of a briefing while in Whisper Hill between White and Courday and Levi would happen explaining things that go on. "We had a lot of odd sightings.... (examples)"

The screen would show Levi's exorcism shaw walking all badass towards the Diner but stopping just before to say "No Blue, this is gonna be a great trip! I do hope they have cake"

A lot of scenes of talking with certain characters while music plays, ghosts being banished and finally the shot of Levi shaking hands with Samael with his eyes pulsing with power. And screaming into the air.

This ends with....

Walking along a roadside with her WHISPER HILL, NH sign. Car stops, Eden Jones at the wheel. Amelia, deer-in-headlights a bit because getting close to Whisper Hill was a stretch, but going to? That's a bit weird...

-

Amelia in the diner, focus on her notebook where she's writing frantically the lines As long as the world keeps spinning over and over again.

-

"Hey, Gus, we decided that you're Sam Eagle!" she calls from the fireplace.

A round of laughter as he walks away from their cluster, giving them the finger.

-

"Go home. Don't stay here if you want your sanity to remain intact, unless you've got nowhere else to go, and even then..."

-

Shooting, upset, at a Thekified Leslie.

"Don't waste your bullets!"

"Fuck you, it's Leslie!"

Dragging the downed body away from the combat and realizing with growing horror, while trying to patch the mess back up, that it's completely pointless. Hangs her head mumbling quietly and runs him through with her baseball bat.

-

Sitting on the porch, with Brett and a few others nearby, making up Whisper Hill the Musical jokes, laughing and relaxing in the sun.

-

Brief cut of standing with Beatrice, and Amelia looking at the Reverend with open, utter disgust.

-

Amelia, in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by notebooks and trees and snow, arms wrapped over her head.

Complete silence. Pan to the distant frozen lake.

I love. This thread.

I picture the silhouettes of several NPCs among the shadows of many of your individual stories. My only addition would be a split-second flash of wilted blue flowers on a windowsill during someone else's narration...

Another two moments.

Tony walks over and claps a frowning Alice on the shoulder. Her clothes and face and hands are all smeared with blood.

"You hit that place like the fist of an angry God," he said with a chuckle. She tries to smile but looks queasy instead.

Cut. Gil hands a not-bloody Alice a bandolier of pills. "You're sure you're up to this?" he asks.

She nods. "If they can get me in the door? With this I should be able to get Blackstone to our weapons. And once we have our weapons, then we'll be back in this," she brushes off his concern, sliding the bandolier of weapons over her shoulder. She looks over at the door, and the very large man with the even larger gun.

Cut. "I could feel your... effects even outside. The was impressive work," Leo offers with small smile from where he's bent over a book. They're all nervous, waiting for the other ops to get back.

Cut. She was the first through the door. Stryfe on her right, Tony on her left. She wailed and her hands held out and the world doubled in on itself and wailed with her. Blood. Twisting. Bleeding. They clawed their own eyes out and she stepped over their screaming bodies.

One hand stretched outwards, the other constantly reaching for the next dosage of pills. She tore the world apart as its seams, not noticing she screamed in time with the men she left to bleed.

Cut. She pushed herself to her feet and turned to walk swiftly out the door, inhaling the sharp autumn air. Breathing was important. Just had to keep breathing.

Cut. In the end, she won't leave. She's standing in that corona of sick bleeding energy and Stryfe has to close the distance between them, pushing back against the visible feeling of tension in the air. He grits his teeth and manages to put a hand on her shoulder.

"Come on, Alice. We have to go!" he said, shaking her roughly, feeling blood start to trickle from his ears just at the proximity. She stares at him and her eyes are that same sick purple of the energy around her. But as she shakes, she swallows and quivers and staggers. The color bleeds from her eyes. The energy fades and she almost collapses into him. She nods once, twice, and then they both turn to run.

Final cut back to Alice's face, bloody and pale, as she stares out into the darkness and shakes. Ariel steps up behind her, her face appearing in frame as she reaches out to touch Alice's shoulder. Alice doesn't look back.

Then we should all burn together
Watch the flames climb high into the night
Calling out for the rope, sent by and we will
Watch the flames burn on and on the mountain side hey

My turn...

Teaser trailer, full, theatrical to be released later.

Camera fades in to hands shuffling a pack of tarot cards. While voice speaks, flash images of mouth, table, and diner scenery, including locals.

Madrigus gravelly voice: You might not know it, but there's a lot that goes on in the world without most people knowing about it. Technology is a lot better than people know it to be, medicine can do some wonderful stuff, and the things that go bump in the night do exist. How do I know?

Flash montage, with dramatic, building music: Sally going toe-to-toe with the Butcher; Bob unloading a full clip into a horde; Alice beset by Window Walkers and pummeling them with psychic blasts; Book Club using Solar Beam; all of town charging Balor and his army.

Cut back to Madrigus sitting at a table, full tarot spread in front of him, hands on table, fingers splayed.

M: Because I'm a part of it.

At the word 'part' his eyes flash red, after speaking, cut to title screen "Occam's Razor."

M: Welcome to Whisper Hill. Have fun.

I feel like an appropriate scene would be when Lou and Dallas got on the elevator to the power plant alone.

Lou and Dallas stand waiting for anyone to join them at the top of the elevator. You can hear the screaming coming from outside. It is clear, no help is coming. Lou decides to take matters into his own hands and hits the button.

"I won't leave anyone behind. Not again."

Dallas looks to him with a assuring smile. There is a sensation of bravery and determination in the air.

"I will be right behind you. We just need to make a fast run for it."

They wait until the door dings and opens up to a crowd of angry Thek about to shower them in acid spit. Dallas panics frantically and spams on the button before they cut from them.

Because well, that is basically our life.

I'm seeing two separate trailers, depending on whether I'd want to subvert the genre and go straight for comedy or play it straight.

COMEDY

Scene: Nick stands with Bob in an obviously trapped house, addressing a rapt audience. "Now you have to get into the mind of the trapper. See what they see, think what they think, and ALWAYS be one step ahead of them."

*Steps backward* ALL THE EXPLOSIONS

IN A WORLD FALLING INTO THE BLACKEST PITS OF HELL, ONE MAN STANDS IN THE PATH OF DARKNESS TO FIGHT BACK IN THE ONLY WAY HE KNOWS HOW!

Shift to the porch of the AAA diner

"The North american Crocodilian dance of alphahood is a rare thing to witness in person! Note that the two shifters are circling counterclockwise; below the equator, of course, they would be moving clockwise instead."

BUT WHEN DANGER REARS ITS HEAD, HIS BRAVERY KNOWS NO BOUNDS!

Scene: Diner: a chained psychic stands before him

"What are you looking for?"

"PSYCHICS" (insert visual effect)

"SHIT" (Nick vanishes in a dramatic speed cloud, Roadrunner style)

WHISPER HILL, WHERE THE LAUGHTER WON'T STOP TILL... THE END.
