First off, yay, Occam's Razor Staff & NPCs!

(I'm just doing some quick ones now, I'll probably edit once I've done my PEL.)

- Everyone who was up for food/trading food/talks of food. Food is delicious.
- Lou & Dallas, Ed, Quay, Onjdre, Vasilly, Charlotte, Doc Z., Davenport, Liberty Blue, and more PC interactions.
- The Typewriter stuff!
- Ladies, ladies, ladies.
- Learning how to use Polearms.
- That Lou graciously fit an Epic Polearm in his Subaru for storage. <3
- Meeting Adam Hurley's new dude, and having the Professor undergo CD in a great way.
- Mister Gondorf gets his own line for being a good sport. ^_^;
- Portal Mod. HAHAHA. Win.
- Window Walking. HAHAHA. Butt floss/"At least we respected the girl!"
- Guarding a door almost all night with Davenport, only to get gunned down when I decided to switch doors.
- Thek side jokes with former LE PCs. "Judge." "/yakk/ -spread on shirt- 'Friennnnnd.'"
- Leslie in general.
- That dude who needed a lollipop stuck in his mouth. "Listen to the Bubblegum."
- I need to bring Transmetropolitan the next session for anyone to read.
- White Noise's theories aren't that far-fetched after all.
- Oh, Levi dude, nooooo.

- Canada is awesome.
- International Incident Waiting to Happen with a Parasol and Birch Staff. <3 <3 <3
- Not one, but TWO dead peeps that were too late for the defib. Red is cursed there, yo. :-/
- Hikes with Gino.
- Making Cassie cry/Mr. Jones go wtf while Binge Drinking.
- Learning a new Dirty Joke. Red is now up to two.

- (LATER) - Successfully biting and ripping off two leaves from John Henry's leafy sword thing when he wasn't paying attention; I just found them in the wash here.
- Hanging with Kelsey a loooooot. Getting to know Ness better. The amount of baseball bats at this event was awesome.
- Lollipops make everything better. PUT IT IN YOUR MOUTH. LISTEN TO THE BUBBLEGUM.
- I'm a video game character!
- Liberty Blue & Red Raver fun! "You had a blue lollipop?! You poser!" "You have cinnamon gum!? You poser!" Also, "I'm not holding your hair, Red."
- "How old was she?" "19." (Grr, just barely skirting the line.)
- Thank you to everyone who was willing to be patient, repeat things, be louder and slower/give more enunciation so I could understand you. Thank you very, very much.

When it comes to this game, I always get overwhelmed by a thread like this because I always have such a hard time trying narrow down all the awesome times I have at events. I can honestly say, that out of the 9 weekend events I have gone to between late August and mid November, this event was my favorite one. I know I'm going to miss a lot but i'm now going to try and mention my favorites of this event.

Player shout outs:

The good old gang
-Matt Persons (Jacob Carrier)- Watching you flip your shit and crawl under the building in fear was amazing, i was actually worried for you for about 5 seconds there. Great hockey fight!

-Pockets (Booker)- You got dealt a rough hand and did your best with it. Starting a character on a note like that takes a lot of guts.

-Heather Nadeau (Dallas Carter)- Wish I could have spent more time with you, we kept getting pulled in different directions but we both got a look at what the other is up to.

-Dylan Marriner (Adam Morsi)- Was good to have you back, thanks for cooking the eggs and bacon even though you are a vegetarian.

-Rhyan [you don't get a last name] (Harry Davenport) - I'm glad that you and Sam were able to join us for pizza afterwards, never get enough time with you guys.

-Sam [You also don't get a last name] (Ness)- Thank you for talking Lou window walking, that mod was too funny, had I missed it I would have been sooooooo bummed.

-David Buresh (Billy) - Boy are we getting into the meat and potatoes of this game huh? Reminds me of the good old days man.

Other folks
-Mike Oldziej (Agent Levi) - Thanks for being my car pool buddy and putting up with my larping rants and liberal propaganda.

-Donald Lareau (Leo Wild)- Top job playing your role no matter what everyone else was telling you. That's dedication right there!

-Peatree (Leslie) - As mentioned to you before I left site, love your character and I think season 3 is going to be a lot fun for the two of us.

-Janna (RedRaver) - Had fun checking out 'the scenery' with you. Will keep a close eye on that plasma glaive.

-Tom Selfridge (Bret) - For such a quick talk our characters had it was a really good seen. I totally want a copy of that picture you took of the lake.

-All the good boys and girls of the 424, every scene with the union is the perfect mix of campy yet seriousness that makes this game what it is.

-Treska Cole (Eden Jones) - Thank you for helping me take count and wrangle the forces to be. Us normal folks got to stick together after all.

-Adam Hurley (Malcolm) - It was good getting to game with you a lot this weekend. It's interesting how similar our character's goals are despite being such different personalities and walks of life.

- Kat Davis (And crew) - A few deep scenes that really helped drive the emotions for this event. Good role playing form as always with you folks.

The staff

Ezra- Do you even sleep at these things? Like... Really... I worry about you sometimes. Top notch scenes ever time you're in one.

John- Ezekiel is such a well played character I really don't know what I'm going to do about him.

Coco- The trip to Quebec was like the best thing ever. I keep telling my friends about how I ended up in a Canadian prison this weekend and I get the best looks ever.

Lin- Hannah and Lou had a really good talk in the cave of whispers. It's interesting seeing how these two characters parallel.

Jacob- On point every scene as Marner. The combo fisher cats hat and cult robes pretty much sums up this entire game. Some people don't get it, but I do and it's beautiful.

All the other staff and NPCs are just so impressive with the work and dedication you all have to the game to make it great.

And let us not forget one more important person at this game. Mike Goulston. Vasily in many ways also sums up this game very well. tough choices, highlighted by real consequence; moral decisions brought to light from different angles, dedication to your friends and some times... just some luck, bad or good. Mike, I can't wait to see what you've got going on for next time.

- In reference to a white plastic bag on the road: “I didn't pick it up because I thought it was panties” JD: “Mr. Marner’s preferred weapon” “Panties?” (I feel there may have been two conversations he was in at the time – with me & with Sally – the overlap was pretty darned funny )

Sunday morning convo around the fire eventually devolving to a proposition for a Whisper Hill Musical including Jazz Tentacles (with demonstrations of the technique)
Because if it's typed on The Typewriter it has to become real

The effect of losing consciousness leading to Henry telling me to learn to protect my head when I lose consciousness and Red checking to make sure I wasn’t pregnant

Excellent roleplay opportunities at several times during the event
- Have fun dying and NOT picking the Darkness when you are Damaged
- Moral dilemmas for an amoral character

Asking Reverend Harkness about souls, redemption, and how good he was at breaking things like Guilt & Shame down to Kindergarten levels for Lib

A number of Eden things - most silly (Andre and I tried to use I Smell Bananas in Quebec ) and at least one dead serious

Also - very thankful for everyone that came in behind my decision to kill the person we were sent to collect with Spectrum. I don't think I communicated it super well so you guys are Stars for getting it

This is a hard one for me. Alot of amazing moments went into this event.

Players made this event something special. Everything from players planning to assassinate Vasily to players crying over V's shattered body. All of this made this event mote then I could ask for.

Staff you guys are rock stars. From the moment I decided to retire Vasily as a character you guys worked with me and for me to make his last event an amazing time and allowed me to give something back to the game before retiring the most loved and hated character I have ever played.

The family-all of you guys are amazing from that late night talk with MR S to trying to talk V back to you guys during the fight. Such amazing RP.

Billy - everything about our talks. Knowing that we were going to have to fight no matter how much we liked each other. V would bot have seen friendship the same way with out you.

Dallas- always the moral compass always the hard fast friend V would bot have been half as fun to play without your counter point.

Harry davinport of the OC davinports.-you amazing enabler helping V get away with all sorts of crazy hijinks. V would not have been as out going without you.

Adam hurly as both characters.- you played a bigger impact on V as both characters then you know. V would not have been as open a"villain" without you.

JD walker- you glorious scumbag you are the best character to get V into trouble. V would bot been as good a criminal without you.

Jacob aka captain science - a man of intelligents with a humorous side that always made V glad he could count him as an ally. V would not have had as many laughs without you .

Charlotte. The sister V never had someone he could show his vulnerable side when he got hurt. V would have been much more emotionaly poor without you.

booker- man I delt you a crap hand to walk into and be damned you rolled with it full tilt and threw caution to the wind. Never have I seen a player willingly come into a game knowing they are gonna be on the wrong side of the player base. You are amazing.

Brett- the man of truths. A man that should have been my foe but turned out to be a solid friend. V would not have been as open to personal contact without you. (don't you dare lick me)

Maxwell- the little guy that V wanted to be better for. He saw in Maxwell a part of himself and it made v want to be better so Maxwell could find a better path. Without you V would have been more monstrous.

Lou oh Lou- V looked up to the simple man respected him even after V felt that lou betrayed him in the reactor. It was a bitter sweet thing to not be able to convince lou v was doing the right thing. Without lou V would not have know respect.

The whole player base that final fight was so epic. I am still sore from it. Thank you all for such a strong response to V being on the opposite side of the fight. But if I ever hear the word "disengage" ever again it will be to soon.

My funeral aka body disposal was so good. The taking of my coat and all my items and then booker lulling my eye off then being melted in acid.

To end it all. With friends like you all who the hell needs enemies honestly.

Alice confessing breaking into Father Ashmore's office. First the look of shocked confusion and then resign and then understanding. Finally he shakes his head and intones "I forgive you" with a heavy, but smiling, expression. They then talk about fear, and absolution, and forgiveness. Then, twenty minutes later, he turns up dead. I don't know that anything has ever shaken Alice so fundamentally to her core or shifted her path in life so suddenly and violently.

Having to be the one to tell Lou. Sitting with Lou while we cried together. Telling Lou everything I know, including supposition. Him asking to be on whatever lynch mob this ends up needing. Alice promising he would be.

Getting to show newcomers my "Here's the list of things that are likely to try to kill you in Whisper Hill, as well as common tricks they possess and some threat assessment" file. The response was usually "Why does *anyone* stay here?!" to which everyone just shrugged "Iunno".

Going to Tribal Council and watching and offering opinions. Almost immediately after just happening to walk by the scene where one Council member tried to murder another. Watching Ariel take off after him like a Hunting Hound, Alice darting to cut him off on the other side. Realizing with dawning horror who it was before sprinting over to the other side. Screaming for people to go get Billy and using her scarf for compression. Anything given to you by Sally Lautner is bound to get covered in blood eventuall.

The Psychic Mod. A sense of tragedy followed by a sense of infuriated rage. Alice has never before felt so strongly that someone needed to die as that man. You want to know what you *don't* do? Torture Maxwell. Ever.

Going to Canada. Ariel's baffled "You speak French?!", to which Alice shrugged, shook her head and said "But they do" as if that explained it all. #JustPsychicThings

Conversations between Ezekial, and Adam in the darkness fight. Angering Adam until he silenced me. Then appearing like a shade out of the darkness to wail on him a little later. "Where did you come from?!" No answer. "I suppose I deserved that..." Stabalizing people in the darkness fight. Leaping on people to stabalize them the second I'm up because I've been keeping two counts, my bleed out counter and theirs but who knows if we're counting at the same speed.

Walking up to the White Lady in the final fight as things are starting to happen. "Lady, I believe I am in your debt. Is there anything you would have me do?" Coco's smirk as she said "Run wild."

"Fuck that fucking bug bitch." as the Queen of the Thek walked through the door, stopped short, and ordered Alice to repeat herself. So she did. Apparently "Bug" is a slur.

Reverend Harkniss's brilliant honor duel. Well played, good sir. Watching Aurora try to keep the Duel going. Pulling Chloe off Corporate Croc and telling everyone else to back up and give us space.

Great event guys Seriously. I had Many Feelings (TM).

-The Portal mod! The NPC turrets that went "Ow, ow, ow!" when you hit them. "The cake is a lie - it's actually brownies."

-Madrigus and his accent. Gary. Hell's Kitchen. "This is happening. I want you to know, it's all your fault."

-Friday night, having sneaking through the woods suddenly turn into getting attacked by the Darkened. We were spread out, and it was too dark to tell who was who. I saw Mike Strife go down in front of me and knelt down to begin First Aid. About a minute later, I hear a voice say "You might want to run." That's when I realize that all the shapes around me in the darkness are NOT my friends. I don't move - I only have a few seconds left before Strife is stable, and none of the Darkened are approaching or attacking me. That's when I hear "DEATHSTRIKE ONE!" and see one of the Darkened (who I later learned was Adam Campbell) holding a weapon to a fallen form. I know I can't take them in a fight. I finish stabilizing Strife. "DEATHSTRIKE TWO!" Before I can second guess myself, I stand up, whack Adam's weapon with my baseball bat and bolt into the woods. Instead of finishing off Strife and Gondorf, the Darkened chase me, taunting me with cries of "Here, batter batter!" Somehow, I manage to make it back to the safety of where the other PCs have gathered, but I don't learn until much later whether or not the friends I left lying on the forest floor made it out okay (they did), which lead to some incredible RP moments.

-"Short Root by Fun Fact"

-Defending the diner during the power outage. Getting Maimed just as we were desperately retreating back into the diner, Disengaging my attacker, and using the five precious seconds it bought me to "Agony and Cure Maim by Medicine", then screaming and cursing as I ran on the leg I'd just forcibly wrenched back into place.

-The homebrew beer!

-The midnight fight on Saturday. Getting dropped by V. Hearing Kennigan talk about why she wears the cultist robes. Watching Nick and Ondrej trade off the noisy cricket between them. Zeke's very civil "You know, you could all just go home where it's warm instead of fighting me here" and the answer he was given. "Who told me to go copulate with myself?" Hearing V talk on the front lines, "The shattered pieces of V are screaming out for you to save him." Seeing the gate.

-The process of acquiring a certain medicine, and then hearing how it was used. That was wonderful and awful in so many different ways.

-Red. Everything about Red. "Listen to the bubble gum." and "Grant 1 Protection by Rage." and "The only way I'm going to get her number is if I go on an adventure with you!" Telling Isaira Red had a crush on her. Seeing Isaira's wink as she informed us she'd told Red she didn't have a number, but did have a calling card.

-The Window Walking mod. Watching Lou and Carrier fight over hockey. The headbutt.

-"I am Isaira the Wayfarer, I AM an international incident!"

-John Henry: "Of course breakfast is ready. It has been for some time. Where have you been?"
Kelsey: "Quebec."

-Ariel. How do I even words? I don't know where this goes, but I look forward to finding out.

-Having Hana and Sally approach me about giving "the talk" to Victor.

-Getting a talk from Alice.

-"Just like Kelsey needs to talk to Victor about lady things, Sally needs to talk with Kelsey about demon things."

-Victor. We didn't get to interact that much during this event, but the roleplaying we did was awesome.

-Brett. Going down to the lake. The dust up at Decatur. Seeing the letter he received, the one that meant so much to him. Watching him get a picture of the Dusk King.

-Ed. Atlanteans. The robot. Mr. Jones getting the robot to read aloud what I can only assume was either softcore porn or a romance novel.

-Realizing the CHUDs are a bigger problem than I thought.

-The Dusk King storming into the diner after Ed won the sword. Ed's reaction and the final outcome.

-Watching Nick and Liberty work.

-The final conversation with the Morrigan on Sunday. I thought for sure I was going to die.
