NPC PEL?

I think I've been pretty thorough in my search for the NPC PEL but haven't found anything about how to submit it. Your database now knows my name. Forum search function didn't turn up anything. Explored pages and topic that seemed most relevant (and some that didn't).

I've been wrong about how things work at this LARP a number of times this weekend. I've begun to question whether you expect NPC PELs of not. There wasn't any mention of it from staff to the NPCs that I heard.

Can I do one anyway? How would you like it and what questions would you most like answered?
