You can look forward to woodland creatures of an over-large variety spewing trash about your house, overdosing teenagers puking to death on your lawn, Good-time-girls-and-boys milling about your porch looking for "fun", and Psychic Assassins pounding on your door.

Oh, and ::gestures to the glowing Ram Skull hanging on one porch:: you can count on your property values dropping thanks to "those people" living in the same neigh-bor-hood.

I hear the neighbors aren't half bad and you only get wild animals if you let JD bring home friends he finds in the woods.
As for Psychic Assassins, they can Huff and Puff, but I'm not turning off the electrified door and Alarm system.
