Fun with PELs

Ok - now I feel I'm doing this wrong

You guys do journal style or first person in the sections on the online form?

I'm basically just doing bullets that answer the questions posed by the form.

P. s. - my first, initial/before I edited to fit the form format was a journal. And it was fun to do.
Of course, at the end of the day I doubt I'd burden staff with slogging through it As a former writer for another game I became a fan of succinct pels :)

I do my PELs in a similar manner.

- Weekend recap in bullet points, sorted chronologically with category headers for time frame.
- Other questions broken down into line items with lengthier descriptions when necessary (Research spending, Messages to npcs)

I just break between using third person and first person when I want to differentiate when necessary. While I, Dave, LOVED the Blind Molly mod... it would not be Billy's favorite moment that weekend. That honor went to the warm bowl of oatmeal and hot cup of coffee on Sunday morning.

I do my recap in third person (thus "Alice" is the largest word in my wordle far and away), and try to do it as chronologically as I remember.

My largest words are, perhaps unsurprisingly, Alice, Sally, Something, Really, and Screaming. With People and Ashmore being runners up.

Some fun sentences? Hmm....
Sally went really Ashmore
get Fel just screaming people
Ondreij seemed Yakuza
Codec trust things like friends
If this is to end in fire
Then we should all burn together
Watch the flames climb high into the night
Calling out for the rope, sent by and we will
Watch the flames burn on and on the mountain side hey

But... I want to write a book :D

Seriously, I've considered writing short stories that take place in Lib's backstory.

Anyone else thought of doing something like that? Or am I the only one so ridiculously enamoured of their character?

Because, if I'm not - and others have thought of this or done it - I would love to read then/share. I love fleshing out characters and getting a glimpse at other people's 'process'

I write snippets and vignettes from Alice's perspective, but that's mostly to help understand it better. For example, I have a small piece from Alice's perspective encapsulating few split seconds between realizing that the Deputy Director had just authorized someone to bring her in against her will, but before she was hit over the head. And her headspace and emotion in that few split seconds, which happened too quickly for her to react. I also have an In Character journal that I write in both at events and between events. It's not... entirely cogent or coherent, but it exists ^^;;

My Shadows of Amun character, by contrast, is a Domari (Egyptian Traveling people), and I write her PELs completely OOCly, but then also write them up as a chapter in an oral tale being told by a Storyteller to a group of children around a campfire, which is the way her backstory is written.

Strangely enough, Sally showed up a lot in mine too
"Sally kisses squirrels" was one of the better combinations
Then there was thud thud footprint thud

And for my latest PEL-in-progress we have:

Sally good time
information likely blood
someone Whispers future
just cleaver expected
surprisingly well plan
