Meal Plan Confusion

I have checked the box that says I would like to pay $25 for the meal plan. I am reasonably certain I did this last time, too, but somehow my name didn't end up on the list of people who were buying the meal plan.

It wasn't a big deal; the staff took my word that I paid at the door, and I got fed. However, I wanted to make you guys aware of this in case there's some kind of system glitch that's keeping you from getting an accurate head count.

I was told that if you do not prepay for the Meal Plan, your name does not end up on the list.

As long as the kitchen staff knows that they're going to have to feed more people than the ones on the list, it's all good!

Is there a preference on GM side for pre-pay? As in, ya'll want some money in hand before the event? Or, does that just muck up the works (with cash-colllection being the preferred method)?

I prepaid my meal plan for all of the events, because it was just easier to dole out the extra $100 at that time. Do you all have a record of that somewhere? (I am assuming but double checking just in case)
