-The thing with the thing in the thing, and the thing that followed on the fly, kudos to staff for that!

- "Was there a sale at Flannels-r-us?", "I don't know, was there a sale at the tweed store?"

- Researchers unite

-The butcher squishing me and walking in on Sally telling an extremely embellished story of my amazing exploits.

- All of the player interactions. I don't typically play a character that talks to people so much.

- Confusing the fae guys looking for Leslie... and the partnership that ensued from it.

- Everyone in the vicinity enthusiastically helping to push our car out of the snow. Thank you so much!

*Book Club. Eeeeeeverything Book Club; it's everything I wanted at a larp.

*The priest with the crusader shield telling me he trusted me. That was some fantastic RP right there. I look forward to more!

*All the RP I got. This character is much better equipped for the social aspect of the game, and I'm really, really enjoying it. Thank you to everyone for stomping my original character concept! I like him much better now.

*Running away from the Haunted House mod was actually pretty hilarious. "We got this" quickly turned into "WE'RE NOT PREPARED FOR THIS! RUN AWAY!"

*Book Club creating magic together.

*The moth gank. SCARY AS HELL!

*Fire. Warm, toasty fire.

*I'm declaring myself as the OOG #1 fan of Sally. Thanks for being such a hilariously great motivational speaker and thanks again for letting me borrow your revolver for some extra damages.

*HOT SAUCE CHALLENGE! WANT MOAR!!!

*Book Club

*I got to bonk the Butcher with the Boffernomicon. Hilariously fun

*Not actually needing to reset all weekend.

*Talking it out with a psyciatrist. Oddly relaxing, and by the time I was done I stopped caring that I had originally only subjected myself to it just for the extra Sanity.

*Making new friends with old faces.

*I kept handing Ryan my hobo sign and he often forgot to check that I had left it "help me" side out.

*Standing next to the Sunday breakfast table with said hobo sign. I got lots of people to laugh, which was what I was hoping for. Plus I got a tasty muffin! Thanks again, Beatrice!

*Did I mention Book Club?

*The discomfort on everyone's faces when I hit on them. I'm not meek IRL, but I never hit on people, and the reactions were hilarious.

*Oh my god, the System. "DON'T EAT THA--oh, he ate it".

*Getting yelled at by the White Lady.

*Getting attacked by Leslie and not killing him, so now he owes me a favor. Yes, that kind of favor. XD.

*That Sal and Gus pretty much lead the town. Kudos, guys.

*The surprised looks when I walked into town actually wearing a shirt.

I have to add an addendum to mine because I totally forgot about it and only remembered when working on my PEL.

-Tinfoil Hats.
If this is to end in fire
Then we should all burn together
Watch the flames climb high into the night
Calling out for the rope, sent by and we will
Watch the flames burn on and on the mountain side hey

so much awesome went on.

well I must say anything with Heather (Dallas), Mike P(Tobias), Matt P the best (scientist), David B (Billy) Ronnie (lou) Ryan (harry) Sam (tes?)You guys were great and as always your roleplaying forced me to do do better.

doing a nope train with leslie around the diner was a great time.

being left behind to dye in the power plant mod. fighting for my life ion a no win situation no joke scared the crap out of me.

the even crazier the vasily psychic that I had to put down in the diner.

to spirit, to spirit, to spirit

handing a body the sheriff winters. and telling him that he was dead well just after giving him my paperwork for my gun license.

fighting the wolf bear was just awesome.

late night confessions in the diner sat night/Sunday morn at like 4 am with 5 other people was just hilarious.

people asking vasily if he "found" anything he would like to give back to them

the graveyard shift club

"homeless people are not people"

talking about the philosophy of free will with several people.

just the whole event was full of amazingness and I know I am forgetting some stuff

My quotes with some others... you know who you are...
<insert gravelly voice> for Hartighan

"I'm with Nile... she's my boss."
"You work for her?"
"I do what she tells me to."
"What do you do for her?"
"Murder people."
"Hartighan! We provide security."
"oh, right. Sorry. Yes, we do aggressive security."
"Yes."
"Until they die..."

"Hartighan! You THE MAN! You sir are a MONster!" - Sally
"Hrm? Ok... sure... yer half right."

"Hey! You guys! YEAH YOU! You the books? Good. I'm protecting you.
...
Yeah? Yeah, Ironic... I know."

"Then we defeated these Paladins who were defending her..."
"Yeah! And they went down like BITCHES!!!"
<blank stares>
"What? Too much?"

"What do you mean? WE are the GOOD GUYS! Right?"

"WE don't give up. We give everything we have... everything... and then lay down.
No breaks, no second chances.
You either rise to meet it... or fall.
...
No quitters on team *****hunters."

"Without you... I will set fire to everything."

"Let me get this straight... you are a ****, and you hunt ****. How does that happen?"
"I dunno. I hate those f***3rs. And I'm good at it."

>>
Thank you to all the players who laughed... and had fun with my 'Hartighan'. I had some great roleplay in between the fabulous fights and loud screaming... You know who you are. You saw the real person in the Monster, and I appreciate it.
Big thanks to Chris - it is a blast roleplaying with you again.
Love my new Union/Amun peeps. And my no-bs crew.
Special thanks goes to Adria/Nile... if you liked the pet, you should meet the person holding the leash. She is amaaaaaaazing.

Hands down... The Demon-hunter/rift mod was brilliant. I love my Books! Yes, you belong to me now.
The Staff and NPC's were amaaaaaaazing, and the costumes and setups were tops. Cannot wait for round two and all the other people I did not fully meet.
-Nix
IC: Elderd Hartighan - regular guy. Have Nile, will travel.
NPC: regular at Shadows of Amun
Bicolline: Asher Fells, Ordo Cervi - Captain of the Heavy Footman

I did think of a new one in deeper thought.

- Demonstrating the ancient shamanic technique of lifting up your offering to the powers of the sky, and invoking them to bless you with clarity and knowledge. Also known as holding up the techie's smartphone above my head and waving it around while praising the wind spirits to get it signal. Worked both times.

-The various things people said to me as a medic. "You can't heal me, and I don't want you to, so don't try." "If anyone heals me with medicine, I will try to kill you. Nothing personal."

-Running around the battlefield stablizing the Tumors people shot the first time we encountered them. It felt good to be a medic who wasn't trying to kill people for a change.

-Examining the evidence bag from the Millner case, and all the plotting that followed.

-Rev's sermons, and stomping to the beat of "Grant 1 Protection By Faith and Cure Blessing."

-The well-organized triage at the final battle on Sunday. I got to use Meatball Surgery! And no one died!

-Everyone who interacted with me over the course of the game. You are all awesome.

-Sally asking me how I was after we came back from the ill-fated fight with the Yakuza. The way he phrased the question was beautiful.

-Red winking at me when I told her I knew I could count on her to speak to my personal integrity in the Sheriff's background check.
-Kelsey Graham (that medic with the black fedora and the purple coat)
