I've found the 3-shot versions at Target for 'round 5 bucks (on sale), and Hasbro/Nerf's got some re-colors of the jolt that they use for "target shooting games." I've found them at places like Marshall's and TJ Maxx in box-sets of 4. This was a "Clue" themed set, so I wound up with themed Jolts- Keys, Hearts, Coins, and Books.
Very cool, and it was like 12.99 for the four-pack! (They came with 16 whistler darts!)
