Anyone know how long that's been up, and if it's still possible to submit it?

We're happy to get a PEL about the party from anyone who wants to do it! Where usually we ask for PELs to be turned in within a certain time frame, there is no deadline for this one because it wasn't an official Accelerant event. You may not submit Research in this PEL--again because the party wasn't an official Accelerant event (can't use skills, etc). No CP will be awarded for this PEL. I'm sure you can guess the reason by now.
