The skill calls for "Double 4 Damage and Silence". Would that come accross as 2 instances of 4 damage and then a silence, or 2 instances of 4 damage and 2 instances of silence?

In other words, does the "Double" prefix apply to just the damage or both the damage and silence?

the double modifier applies to the next qualifier, so that a "double 2 damage and silence" is the same as being hit with 2x 2 damages and 1x silence. To get the dual double you have to say both. At least that is how rob told me it worked.
