Roight, then.
1) Called damage renders you unstable if it removes the last of your vitality. "Waste Vitality" would be the "uncalled" version. "Waste 1 Vitality" will drop you to unstable.
2) Due to the wording of the skills in the Damaged, it doesn't matter who sticks the needle in your arm--any effect with the Medicine trait will trigger a refusal/short frenzy. So you cannot voluntarily Medicine yourself, and if you somehow have to, you'll immediately start banging your head against the nearest wall and clawing your own eyes out.
3) Lone wolf can be taken by Damaged--congrats, you've now built a character with the life expectancy of a gnat.
4) It shouldn't and can't be done. The part you're missing is "You may call "Waste 1 Vitality to Self" in place of spending an attribute point when using a skill listed under the Damaged. You cannot use Sins of the Flesh to power a Claviger skill.
