This one mostly happened in my head, but...

Kelsey: "Why do you have horns?"

*She gets a non-answer, then notices the chains on his wrist and around his neck*

Kelsey: "Oh, you're a demon! Thank God! I was afraid you were something new and scary."

...because, despite knowing next-to-nothing about the supernatural at the start of game, by the end of it, demons were something comfortingly familiar compared to everything else on the island.

Mason Fell, appealing to our greater sense: "I'm telling you, they should be called DRACULAS!" this entire discussion was ridiculous and incredible

"I'm NOT BLOODY COSGROVE!" right before he broke out into a Scottish accent to prove his lack of Cosgrovity.

I can't pinpoint who said it, but when I came in, trying to relay the "Faerie King" business in my backwoods drawl, "Okay, redneck, that's not cool." Even my later assertions that "I'm bein golldarn literal here!" were met with scoffs.

Oh, and the Southern Preacher's entire speech that resulted in the Mass Blessing!
