Because of Whisper Hill's status as an American Indian Reservation, normal governmental laws towards a lot of things don't apply, correct? As such we may or may not need permits for owning/carrying specific types of firearms (i.e. assault rifles and sniper rifles). Are there any non-common sense laws that, as gun toting characters, we would need to know before arriving in Whisper Hill (outside of the six ammo per clip noted in the rulebook)?

Also I noticed in the rulebook that you use the Rayven as an example of a rifle (pg 153 "Rifles"), when it is a motorized blaster, is this in error?

So i got my hands on the new Nerf Centurion Mega Blaster. It is HUGE! The shots go about 35 feet or so when the gun is level. and it can make its 100 foot advertised mark when the winds are calm, the moon is not in retrograde and you are pointing it at 45 degrees. The darts themselves are bug but mostly hollow so when they hit, even at point blank range, they don't do much of anything to yah. That being said, if you are pointing at the eyes you are doing something wrong.

If Jake or anyone needs to test one out for safety mine is totally virgin and unmodified. Note this is the gun i plan on using as my big gun for being a sniper...

This IS New Hampshire, after all, where we have a strong stand your ground law and a big libertarian streak. I don't imagine there being much legal trouble with guns in a small town in the NH wilderness (at least until the corpses start appearing!)

Well Nick the only reason I asked is because Whisper Hill isn't necessarily governed by NH as it is a Reservation, where generally a Tribal Council would preside over these specific laws and how to enforce them. States rarely get involved with American Indian business unless they could profit from it (California v. Cabazon Band of Mission Indians). Also local and state police don't have jurisdiction in normal circumstances. The Tribal Council and tribal police can arrest people, prosecute them and jail them, and they are only trumped by the FBI or higher federal organization.

Now I understand this is all information based off of our world history so I don't know how much of it is true in the game, which is why I was asking for clarification. ^_^
