Oooh, a cover page is a great idea! Especially since I have a tendency to write these as conversational 1st person pieces...

Plus that way you can put "Please good plot sir, may I have another mindf***ing?" in big letters on the cover.

For mine, I've put a summary at the beginning with a timeline of major events and a list of people in my character history. That should work with the same database that we used at LE (although it breaks my heart a little that it can't include all the fancy-schmancy formatting and footnotes that are so dear to my heart).

For a cover page, you can do much the same. It won't be on a separate page, but it'll be the first thing Plot sees when they look at your CH, which is what you want.

A lot of CP has been awarded for histories, but there are still also a lot of you who haven't submitted a history yet! If you submitted but need to make modifications, please do those as well. If you've been asked to make changes, please drop one of us GMs a line once you've made your changes so we can go have a look.

Also feel free to ask us questions if you're unsure of something or want an opinion before you write us a ditty.
