I know I personally want to rock the sparkles because of the raver/candy look theme, but I don't want to step on a Changeling's toes.

Along the lines of avoiding confusion, what is the convention for PCs as to changing costumes? I can see this not being an issue for some of the races, but for the vanilla humans and psychics, Strain 117 and 3rd gen cyborgs, are we to be discouraged from wearing different outfits? I ask because my character would certainly prefer to change clothes for, say, an expected combat or an infiltration mission (pizza delivery boy here!) Cargo pants are so much more convenient than slacks for carrying ammunition
