Rules Questions
I admit though that the format could use some work because it is hard to follow, which now that I think about was likely what you meant.
I'd love to see some sort of a header/weapon style matrix or chart showing what weapon styles are allowed/discouraged/prohibited.

Or even just something as simple as breaking the allowed and discouraged weapon styles into two seperate paragraphs beneath each header would clear up the confusion.

(3) If a Xenos finds another Xenos at his feet, say the other was dropped during a field fight or the first Xenos was a douche and backstabbed him, can he still use Soul Drinker on him? Or can he ONLY use that skill if he dropped the other Xenos in a duel?
I asked this question a while ago and here was Jacob's response. Although it might have changed as the rules get redone.
Mechanically speaking, if you have the ability to deliver a 3 count deathstrike, you have the ability to deliver the Inflict Annihilation. It will only stick to Xenos as it is a Bane effect.

If you're "doing it right," this should only happen after a 1 on 1 Challenge has occurred, or after the grand melee that is possible but discouraged. That said, nothing is stopping you from finding your buddy on the field and eating his brain when nobody's is watching.

Well. Nothing you know about, anyway...
To Madrigus:
(1) I didn't see anything in the rulebook about incantations for spells. Is that something still being worked on and we will see it later?
No, you didn't, and not that I anticipate. Why, do you have some perverse love of incants? I mean, feel free to spout all the magijargon you want, so long as it's in-game and inoffensive. We won't judge. Judge
(2) I find the weapon lists for viable weapons for headers rather confusing to follow. I also have no clue how to form that into a question.
This seems to have been handled. I have the info in a chart for my convenience in a spreadsheet, but there's no good way to put it into a printed format in a single location due to the number of headers and specializations.
(3) If a Xenos finds another Xenos at his feet, say the other was dropped during a field fight or the first Xenos was a douche and backstabbed him, can he still use Soul Drinker on him? Or can he ONLY use that skill if he dropped the other Xenos in a duel?
Also already covered. It's one of those "Have all the rope in the world. Here, have some more!" kinds of scenarios.
(4) about how much does it look like an event will cost?
Honestly? It's going to depend on how many core players we get at the front end. The new camp is amazing but it's also pricier than the old camp. So... we're trying to keep costs down as much as possible, but when all is said and done, the game has to pay for itself. We'll let you know when we know.

New Rules questions....
This time on Armor

Armor normally doesn't stack in Accelerant unless specifically stated.
But
Characters in appropriate costuming (as dictated by their genre, race, headers, and
specialization) receive one point of “costume armor.” This point of costume armor is
a standard point of armor and stacks with other sources of armor.
Interesting point for people to notice is that last sentence. It took a while for it to sink in for me. Costume armor 'stacks'. Once I got that, half my questions disappeared.

Questions left though
Question 1) "Harder" cyborg skills -"Dermal Impact Reduction Extension" and "Grafted Armor" are pretty much the same skill, both add +1 armor. I assume that these points of armor stack with each other? i.e. if you had a point of armor for costume and both skills, you would have an armor of 3, correct?

Question 2) Skinwalker skill Cold Lord: Dead Eyes, Razored Skin
you gain +2 points of Armor, though this armor does not stack with Armor granted from other sources.
I assume that this is the one circumstance where costume armor does not stack? (And it makes complete logical sense. Shapeshifters and clothes don't get along)

Question 3) Blue Collar Specializations "Working Stiff" and "Mechanic" have the same skill, "The Safety Dance". Does this mean you can take the skill twice, once for each Specialization and would the armor stack?
Or, since the name of the skill is exactly the same, does that mean you may only take the skill once?
If you are able to take the skill twice, would you need to wear 6 pieces of appropriate protective gear or would only 3 pieces be good enough for both skills?

One last thought, not really a question. Corpsec gets a skill "Company Kevlar". I was thinking that skill would make a lot of sense for the Law Enforcement Header.

So I was looking at the headers, what weapon styles does Wizard have?

-EDIT-
Sorry, I found it, it was before the actual skills.

Greg, I did that just to mess with you. Consider yourself warned.

And also to use up the space since the following skill table didn't fit anywhere AT ALL.

So, I came up with some Weapon Styles sheets for simplicity of ease:

Well I was wondering since I haven't heard of a LARP that doesn't have incants for casters, and most of them have specific incants for said casters to use. LE even had incant rules, and I was curious to see how much effort I had to put into my casting.

Heh. Magijargon.

Oh really? I now have a perverse desire to carry around scoring cards, like the Olympic committee uses.

5 points for the quasi latin, and another 2 points for the mystic sigil, but your arcane pose leaves much to be desired... The gold's going to the team from Transylvania again this year :ugeek:
