Ladies and Gents:
So there's good news and less good news. Much like morality, in Whisper Hill, terrain conditions are graded on a curve. So--downside, there's snow everywhere. Up side, there's a lot less snow than last year. For perspective: (click for full size)

This Year:
So--plan for ubiquitous snow of between ankle and sock height. I'm waiting for confirmation on parking from the site owner, but to my untrained eye it looked like we might be able to get a line of cars, possibly two across, on the parking lot. Some people with rugged vehicles should probably try to brave the first chunk of Campbell Gore Road (the one that goes past the parking lot, off of Black Pond road). Likewise, the road that goes down by the Big Field might be useable, not sure.
Carpooling is the order of the day, certainly.
All told, though, I think people should be fine with a good pair of boots. Also, you may want to bring quarters--I think we have access to a clothes dryer.
We'll have the option of a fire in the diner, so volunteers to make and keep the fire would be great.
As this will be a cold weather event, facilities will be in the office across from the diner, the right-hand wing of MC (in through the main doors, bang a right, end of the hall), and a portable facility outside Main Street 6.
