There was a thing a little while ago, and at that thing some people were offered a chance to submit something in writing. If you plan on submitting said thing in writing, please do so by the end of February. Or, you know, not. We're fine either way, but that's the deadline, folks. Read: if you want to do that thing, but don't submit the thing in writing, you probably won't get to do that thing.
