If someone needed hot water, like for tea, would the kitchen be able to provide?

If someone needed ice, same question.

Can confirm the presence of an electric water pump thing for tea/cocoa (next to the coffee machine, near the Amizon terminal.

Ice, unfortunately, I have no idea about. I'm assuming there is a fridge and freezer, however, as we've had ice-cream in the past.
