Upcoming game? Cannot register

Did I miss something in the MANAGE EVENTS thingy or on the forums about the upcoming event? My UI does not have the option to register for the upcoming game.
Help? Adria and I are trying to make sure we are all signed up.

Registration for the October Event was from Sept 12-18th. Registration is now closed.

Registration for the November event hasn't opened yet.
