Is there a comprehensive list of what's allowed at the campground?
I saw the 'No space heaters' rule and 'Heated blankets allowed' addendum and from what I hear this camp is awesome, so I don't want to do anything that would get us, or worse the game, kicked out.
Thanks,
Ben

On this subject, are crock pots / slow cookers allowed?

Sorry, guys, but I have a very, very short list of "this is ok, that is verboten."
We're the first larp they've hosted, so for now, use best judgment. Or ask somebody else who *has* good judgment. Either way, I bet crockpots are ok if left in a public space where people will be.
You can have granola bars and such in cabins, but actual meals should be taken in the dining hall.
Space heaters no, electric blankets yes if they're safe, essentially.
Smoking in your car only--the camps is *very* big on keeping the site clear of cigarette residue.
Similarly, camp is big on recycling.
No alcohol or illicit substances on site.
Try to keep things to a dull roar in the wee hours of the morning when you're near the director's house or the only neighbor across the street.
Camp owns the road and everything south, so don't go north of the road (this will make sense when we get to site, just take it as gospel for now).
We're not allowed into the cabin on said road.
<ponders>
That might be it for now.

Couple of follow ups:
Candles in the room if they are attended?
Are there fire pits and if so, are we allowed to use them?

No candles in rooms, attended or not. No fires outside of designated areas. At present we will be given wood by the camp for fires in the dining hall and monster camp, and I plan to have volunteers present to tend fires at more or less all times. Essentially: we'll make fires. Please do not make fires on your own.

If we bought things like burgers and dogs for food could we take a griddle to the dining hall? Or is there a place we could possibly cook them?

I believe cooking them in the dining hall is fine.
