Well, for those who may have wondered what the Professor has been up to and why I haven't posted. I have been preparing for a huge change in my life. I finished all the classes, hit all the prerequisites and Dec 31st I underwent Gastric Bypass surgery. Everything went fine and I'm home now recovering.
Day one went well. Nurse called today to make sure I was doing everything I'm supposed to.
I haven't taken the pain meds (can't, the pharmacy didn't order them) but I haven't needed them.
I'm taking on enough fluids. She wants me to try half of one of the protein shakes. Never thought I'd be looking forward to one of them.
I'll be making it to the Occam's Razor: The Quarantine Holiday Special, I'll just have to skip on partaking of any munchies.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Holidays and the New Year is treating you all well so far

Best wishes for your recovery, sir. I would wish you a speedy one however I have learned a steady approach is better. Be well and stay warm.

That's fantastic! You'll be feeling chipper in no time. My high school band director got one and he seemed to recover pretty quickly.
