This has happened once or twice before with ThinkGeek. They put out an April fool's item and the response is so good, they just have to try and make it. the last one I can remember was the can of unicorn meat (They had a special stuffed unicorn, had it made in separate pieces and then had it canned)
I am so planning on getting one of these for myself after I have a better idea what size I'll be in the future.
