Also, I know this is Rules Beta, but a lot of these cost a lot. If you can only snag a total of 5 points off of these, but say you wanted to take a 4CP and a 2 CP because they'd work for your character, you can't. It's unfortunate, but I'm sure it's deliberate and I'm just not seeing the point this early in the morning.

The quality Will to Live says you can't use any in-game skills while in the delerious haze (which makes sence, you're bleeding out), but what if you have a skill such as Strain 117's Regeneration? The way I read the quality, it does not give you the ability to use skills while bleeding out, but does it also prevent the skills you could already use?

Well under strain the last sentence in the skill to self heal is "You may use these abilities even while unconscious."
