Quick questions: Is there a way to pay ahead of time for our adventure day via Paypal or something?
I would like to zip the money to you guys early so I can check it off my list of things to do before I forget.
If no Paypal, how should I label my check to?
(I don't like bringing cash to events if I can help it.)

In 2014, when we are on a site where we should have Wifi, we will be able to accept cards for event payment. For 2013 at the adventure days, we will not be accepting cards.

We'll also consider gold, silver and bitcoins.

And also Oreos as tribute. But only to me. And that will not actually get you into an event.

Does this also pertain to one days as well?

Despite a variety of legal variances, "Oreos" are still not legal tender in Whisper Hill or at Occam's Razor proper.
They can be offered as a form of sacrifice as part of the Cult of the Divine Coco, however.
