Since have you ever needed an excuse?
I would love to see a quips ability added to the Agent portfolio; something like after killing something and making a suitably Bondian pun, you refresh your costume armor or regain a sanity or something. It would also serve to distinguish the Specialization from the Street Samurai Fixer paradigm.

Of course, I'm not really a disinterested party in this, but I think it would be amusing while still fitting into the genre...
To be fair, there is already a quip-based skill under the Private Investigator Header. And the Headers, while similar, aren't entirely the same. I think the point is that Fixers and Agents are supposed to be very similar, but one deals with more combat and mayhem while "fixing" situations and the other is much stealthier and deals more with gathering information. They're also from two separate worlds.

Street Samurai deal with crazy technology and the inter-workings of Companies, built very much like mercenaries for hire. Their world is very much sabotage and blood. Agents instead deal with conspiracies and secrets, information their very basis. Sure, they see more combat than most other Investigators (besides Law Enforcement), but their whole purpose is keeping or upsetting the status quo without anyone knowing what it is that they've done.

Good point; adding a kill based ability to Agent under that interpretation wouldn't make much sense.
