All your questions are belong to me!

Quick question: can Degenerates have the Faithful Header? I'm only asking since that they get a Drain effect on Holy ground.
That's a fair point. Degenerates can no longer take the Faithful header.
The Soul Drinker skill adds a permanent Void, but does that also give them one to use after the use of the skill? The way I understand it it does, but someone else read it and feels like they won't have that void until the following event.
I think your friend is right--it's a big enough deal that we should vet the whole thing through PELs and whatnot. I'd say you get the Void "empty" as it were.
i really wana play a strain 117 but im scared that within the first hour of the game ill get Annihilated but other than the horrible sense of impending doom think its an awsome race :)
In OR we encourage inter-Player tensions, not inter-Player murdersprees. Not going to lie--somebody could shank you event 1. It's unlikely, and they won't like the results, but it could technically happen. Hopefully you guys trust staff to show you a good time and not break your shiny toys right out of the gate (we like to watch you suffer, and you can't do that if you're dead).
Question on the Protean viral weaponry:

It says the skill expires when you rest, but do you need to keep the weapons in hand the whole time? Or can they come and go as you need them as long as you have paid for the skill?
No, you do not need to keep the weapons in hand--they can come and go as you need them until you reset.

Also, I think I must live right next door to you. And each morning there is this wonderful man who offers to tell you all sorts of interesting secrets and facts as you ride in his basket to a very warm place. :D
It's...it's almost like we lived there in some other game. Not that either you or I would ever play an information whore PC!

I still liked when one PC used an information skill to send a research question to an NPC a different PC had just killed. In front of the first PC.*

Nooooo, never. We would have never made characters who walked in with virtually nothing but information skills, one of whom had no skills that used attributes until the end of the first season when he picked up a gun. >_> <_<

Also, what? It does, however, sound like something several people I know would have done. >_>

I don't see a problem here. All you need to do is talk to the dead spirit. You guys can talk to dead thing right? Or am I the only one?

If you want to know about the other 116 strains you should find and ask someone from the Mycroft foundation, since they're the ones who named them :)

Also on Strain 117, How exactly do the challenges work when there are multiple Xenos in the range of the voice sense/challenge? i.e. at game on event one there are 5 xenos around the tavern... one calls the sense Xenos and 4 respond with challenges. Who has to fight whom? Are we talking grand melee? Should we bring paper to create a bracket system and do it tournament style :D I'm just curious because I can honestly see this happening.

As things are written, they all go nuts and start hacking at each other.

From the way it's worded, it sounds like a grand melee. "While under the effects of an Inflict Challenge, you must seek out other Xenos and attack them". The word "them" is the key. If your in a tavern with 5 other Xenos and one starts a challange, you now have 4 enemies you want dead.
As things are written, they all go nuts and start hacking at each other.
With how Soul Drinker is worded, I have three questions.

1. It sounds like the Challenge should be more than an all out brawl, more like two enemies in an duel. (Of course, that doesn't mean that it couldn't be a three on 1 duel or something.) But then, if you see two Xenos fighting and they growl at you to back off or you can sense it's a all out duel or something, should the third Xenos then simply wait until the other two are done to fight the winner? Or should it just be a hack and slash against all Xenos?

2. Does a Xenos have some semblance of control. In a situation where there are three Xenos in town who have responded to the call, does Xenos A fight Xenos B and Xenos C equally? Or can Xenos A decide that he prefers Xenos B to Xenos C and work with Xenos B to kill Xenos C? If they kill Xenos C, then do Xenos A and Xenos B need to fight to the death as well? Or is their blood lust sated?

3. Do you have to Annihilate after a challenge? Is it until your opponent is utterly destroyed and you now carry them within you? Or will beating the crap out of them allow you some sense of control once more? (enough at least to not annihilate them and walk away)
