Vulcan Gun!

Dear Staff, or Whomever sees this first - I acquired a Vulcan NERF gun, but it has no bullets. I'm not sure if they are allowed in the game, but if they are: would a PC or NPC like it? (My character certainly does not Big Ol' Guns).

Battery powered guns are generally not allowed for PC use at OR. The Vulcan, though, can be fired manually (without batteries), so if a PC wanted to use it as a Heavy Weapon or some such, it would work in that capacity.
