One Day General Timeline:

Show up around 10:30am. Game until Midnight or so. There will be a soft break for food in the early evening--we will be providing food so as to encourage you guys to stay on site since the event is so short.

Ducking into a bathroom should be plenty of privacy for being out of game for a bit (administering a shot, etc.). You can also ask monstercamp, though I can't recall if we'll have access to any more divisible rooms than you will. PC

As a general rule, will we receive the results of our research at game as paper handouts, or will they be sent as PMs prior to game?

Normally they're print outs at the event.

Sometimes we have some media that needs to go out, like a video or something. That will be linked over PM or email just prior to the event.
