The best option I've found for lights is from this company.

You can find them at a large number of stores, including some hardware stores. To make the flashlight mode be the colored light, you just unscrew the top from the glow stick part, slide the electronics out, and then put them back in the opposite way. The button will line back up properly if you do this.

As an added note, if anyone is like me and just wants Glows-Sticks of many varieties, I'll be making a run for them in April (not AD2), and thus would be happy to pick some up for you personally in return for either $ or actual candy/food. I'll re-post as it gets closer to the date.
