Not sure what was going on, but it's fine on my end at my computer.

When I was tweaking Red Raver's character to add a level of One Percenter, her CP used kept going from 48 to 47. Just to confirm it wasn't a visual bug I added a second level of it and it would let me add it and her new total went to 49.

I didn't think to do a manual add up of her CP expenditure though.

When I submit a character history into the database does it get sent to Staff or do I need to submit it to someone else to get it approved in order to get the other 25CP?

Submitting a history in the CDB gets it to where it needs to go.
We're working through a backlog of submitted histories in the order they were received, so if your's hasn't been approved yet, we're working on it.

Noticed that the "Loving Family" Complication says you need to pick up Rappacian as a requirement.
