Taking a moment to recognize you, our veteran PC base, for how wonderful you have been to new, incoming players. We consistently see in newbie PELs that people feel "immediately welcome and included" on plots and in the community. It's easy, especially this late in the campaign, to fall back on our already-established friend groups and catch the plot hooks ourselves instead of taking the time to fill in and pull in new people. YOU are the reason that colorful new characters are finding a home in Whisper Hill every event instead of just passing through.
