Legal Waivers

To that end, you can pre-sign the waiver through the CDB!
When you log in, you'll see a new link "Sign Waiver", just click that, fill everything out, and hit the "Submit Waiver" button at the bottom and you'll be all good to go!
If you run into any issues/errors/screen-splosions, let me know.
