Keeping the Lights On

Keeping the Lights On

A note is posted in the Dinner in Gil's scrawl,

"Heya,
So the Thek are taking off soon and we lose our lights. I finally made some use of that civil engineering degree from the 70s and took a look at the town and options to keep them on. The results were that our best bets are massive bonfires or old school diesel generators. The former will probably burn down the town in the process, the latter requires some more book and leg work. I'm posting this to ask for some help on the finding portable power sources and the fuel for them. Abandoned roadwork equipment, cheap craiglists, old federal emergency reserves, these are the kind of things that will fit our needs. If you got the time to google or read up on old records, we could use the help. I'm taking point on the records, but Marner suggested the Donnally Yard as another good place to look if anyone has an in with them to talk. Here's to keeping our lights on just a bit longer.

-Gil"
