Pre-registration earns you .5 CP for your OR PC along with your attendance. Clean up at the end of the night will also earn you .5 CP. Pre-reg at http://occamsrazorlarp.com/fundraiser/registration. (FYI, RSVPing on the Facebook page, while nice, doesn't count toward pre-registration so make sure you use the form!)
Attendees are encouraged to wear costuming for the Masquerade, especially their OR costumes!
We are still looking for donations to the silent auction/raffle and pot luck (which includes things like cups, napkins, utensils, etc besides food)! Donations to the Fund Razor will earn you CP at the same rate as donating directly to Occam's Razor. If you have questions about that, do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of staff. Don't make me shake you by the ankles until shiny things come out of your pockets! ;D

EDIT: Panel descriptions!
Character Backgrounds: Making a Memorable Character (2:15 PM)
It's not quite as easy as making sure you're the loud one (though that sometimes helps). Treska Cole & Ezra Timberlake-Alves, masters of "character concept", will get your creative juices pumping to come up with a good concept and make a character you'll enjoy. They'll show the importance and the rewards of making your character mesh with the group, having goals, and enticing Plot with your backstory.
Foamsmithing 101 (2:15 PM)
Anyone who's tried boffer-making has realized it's harder than it looks. Matt Poulin, accomplished foamsmith and boffer seller, will take you through the pros and cons of using different materials and techniques to achieve a finished look. Matt will bring some examples and discuss sources for supplies.
How to Make Interesting Modern Costumes (3:15)
Yes, your character needs to wear clothes. Join Kimber Bowen in thinking through your next costume, with an emphasis on modern-genre costuming. How do you look like you're from the "real world" but still stand out? Explore concepts and themes in dreaming up your character's wardrobe as well as ideas for how to get those things into your closet.
Statting It Out (3:15)
Some of us just shouldn't be left to stat out our PCs without supervision. We know who we are. Occam's Razor GM Ken Pickering will lead a discussion on building your character efficiently: how low body/high skill cost systems work in the Accelerant system, balancing Attributes for fun and profit, and choosing the right headers for your role.
Technology and OR (4:15)
Witness a medley of technology in prototype that we're putting together for Occam's Razor! Get a first look at the Amizon market, using the RFID inventory system. See a draft version of the Android app being made for the hacking portions of the game. There may be a sighting of our CDB. Please shake Matt DeGennaro's hand for making all this happen.
Playing a Caster: Throwing Packets for Fun, Profit, and Devastation (4:15)
Two experienced casters, Angus and Treska, walk you through the mystical arts of building and being an effective caster. Discuss casting strategy--when to save your spells, when to go all out--and packet finesse! Learn to deal with fighters--on both sides. Let everyone around you watch in awe or be felled by aura.
Hitting Your Target (4:15)
Worried that firearms are less than effective? Spend time with Occam's Razor GM and LE Veteran John "Anton" Wilson as he goes over the ins and outs of how to use firearms effectively. In this introductory course, John will cover the core skills of Nerf shooting in a boffer system. Concepts will include: Painting your gun so it won't jam, which guns are most effective, how to defeat an NPC without firing a shot, and how best to make use of the range your weapon provides in a "live fire" shooting range. Bring your guns if you have them! If you don't, John has brought his own "Volska toybox" for public use.
Fly my Hawkmen, Fly!: Battle Tactics (5:15)
Everybody out for a frolic in the field! Have you ever been that person stuck in charge of a group during battle? Adam Hurley has. Make the next time less stressful by reviewing tactics in a few live scenarios, using teamwork, leadership, and strategy. Bring your OR PC stats (or just a set of OR starting PC stats you want to try out) to use and weapons if you have them. You may be asked to play an OR monster for one of the scenarios.

EDIT EDIT: Parking!
It has come to our attention that visitor parking at Camelot is pretty full! We're also not allowed to use other lots. Your best bet is to park along the road coming into the complex (Village Court). Because I am so nice I made a handy map for you guys!
Thanks a ton, guys, and hope to see you all there!
