As always, this is a pot luck affair. We encourage people to be organized about this so we can have things besides chips, soda, and Coco's famous chili-roni (though that will be delicious).
This is an In Game event, though we are not using the Accelerant Rules--you can spar with boffer weapons if you like, but you cannot use Skills or actually harm anyone. The townsfolk of Whisper Hill, being of differing beliefs for various reasons, are holding this Non-Denominational Holiday Party during one of the dark nights of winter.
While the Holiday Special is an In Game event, a couple OOG things to note:
Humorous things may be available for order, so you may want to bring some extra monies.
In addition, 2015 Season Passes will be available for purchase for $330. Season Passes guarantee you a slot at each of the 4 Weekend Events held in 2015. Please note that $330 is the cost of the 4 events (at $80 apiece) plus the 2015 Insurance Fee ($10). Payment is accepted in cash, by check made out to Jacob Mandell, and by credit card.
If you do not attend an event you have paid for you may either a) gain CP and Research Points and other per game resource grants as though you had attended the event, or b) apply the credit for the event to the next event you attend and have not already paid for.
We will make an announcement sometime after January 24th if/when Season Passes will be available for purchase after the Holiday Special.
Those of you who attended our other "evening special" events may remember our parking rules! We're also not allowed to use other lots at Camelot besides Visitor Parking, which is commonly full. Your best bet is to park along the road coming into the complex (Village Court). Here again is that handy map with warnings, lest you would like to leave with your car intact.
