Sending in game messages

I would like a clarification of something that was said to me in game. When you are sending an in-game message we can/should all use the computer to send this message to whoever we are trying to reach.

I hadn't heard of this before game and sense none of Melanie's traits are really based around computers I don't pay much attention to it if it was addressed somewhere else. In my particular skill it says that I can write a 10 word message and then I have to deliver it to monster camp and then a good faith effort is going to be made so that person to whom the message is addressed, will drop by.

I am wondering how that works. Firstly is this actually a thing? (if not please disregard this whole post). Also, is there a central e-mail/account that people will be checking for such things, or do I have remember the forum name (if they have one) of the person who is playing the character I want to reach and send them a PM with the hope that they will actually check their inbox during game?

Basically it short circuits the need to find a carrier as it shoots us an email in MC.
For Telepathic Message, you could fill out the form like:
[quote]I'd like to send the following to the person playing ____. "yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada yada"[/quote]

From there, when we had someone free to deliver the message we'd look up who you meant and send it out.

You are still free to use paper communication, this is simply offered as an alternative if there's no convenient messenger around.
