Fractured Realities Level 1: Unhealthy Obsession
Unhealthy Obsession: All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Choose an attribute not used by your psychic template. You cannot spend one of your points of that attribute voluntarily.
Does this read as "You cannot spend 1 of your points of that attribute voluntarily." or as "You cannot spend ANY of your points of that attribute voluntarily?"
One is a minor inconvenience, the other quite vicious.
