Occams Razor

1: Adding a trait to an attack; if I have a skill that adds a trait to an attack, and the attack already has a trait, does the attack gain both traits? How do resistances work for two-trait attacks if so?

2: The magic items created via Spielwerk; do they require use magic item to use? Can I pass them on to someone without that skill? Once used and passed on, does the item regain uses in a new owner's hands?

1) An attack can have more than one associated trait. A defense against any of those traits will negate the entire attack, as per standard Accelerant rules.

2) ...Items made through Spielwerk do not technically have the "Requires Use Magical Item" bit. Hunh. Who knew? Anyway, seems like peeps are good to go, generally...
