Waste Vitality

I know this question has been asked in a couple places, but I figured getting a single definitive Topic on the subject would be good.

If you are reduced to 0 Vitality by a "Waste X Vitality" call, do you fall unconscious as Stable or Unstable? Is there a difference between "Waste 1 Vitality" and "Waste 2 Vitality" for this purpose?

I would interpret the situation as "Called Damage" because, while it's not Damage, it's certainly called, and is almost certainly a lot worse than simply being clubbed if it bypasses your armor and such.

Fall unstable as though it was a Called Damage Attack.
