The former, not the latter--you effectively have 1 point of spendable air, but you still have 2 air for the purposes of sanity calculation.

I assume that most Bound have a contract that is in effect handed from one person to another over the ages and that is generally kept by someone until they can pass it on and be done with said Bound or they die, but that was always just my reading of the rules.

Obviously the Bound's keep is set up in a way that they must always have a keeper at the event, which is completely understandable. However, barring random happenstance and OOG things occurring, would it be safe to assume that is encouraged that Bound keep the same Keeper from event to event, unless something happens in game that would cause the contract to permanently shift hands?

That was the spirit of the idea, but we understand that you can't control whether your Keeper shows up and so we want to make sure Bound have the option of shifting Keepers when they like. Likewise, if you have a falling out with your Keeper OOG, switching Keepers sounds like a good idea.

With all that in mind, it is up to the player to create their contract (if they want to). But they do need to decide what the rules are on them switching Keepers, as it were.

I know that Claviger's skill Blaze of Glory currently gives the user 3 melee attacks for "2 Damage by Faith", but is there a possibility in future versions of the rule-set that it might extend to either Melee or Fire-arm attacks? Clavigers gain access to pistols, pistols & bucklers, and shotguns, but have no direct abilities relating to guns as all their skills are pure melee.

For the record, I do enjoy melee more than I enjoy Fire-arm attacks, but being able to Fire more shots out of a pistols when they are partially designed to wield fire-arms, might be cool for those who do enjoy fire-arms more.

More questions from me. Hopefully these are better questions than a few of the others that I asked:

(1) I didn't see anything in the rulebook about incantations for spells. Is that something still being worked on and we will see it later?

(2) I find the weapon lists for viable weapons for headers rather confusing to follow. I also have no clue how to form that into a question.

(3) If a Xenos finds another Xenos at his feet, say the other was dropped during a field fight or the first Xenos was a douche and backstabbed him, can he still use Soul Drinker on him? Or can he ONLY use that skill if he dropped the other Xenos in a duel?

(4) about how much does it look like an event will cost?
