Huh. Yep, yes it does. :p

Bob: "Are you ok, Tom?"
Tom: "Yep, just resting."
Bob: "You have a sword through you."
Tom: "Yep. But I'm lying down. It's very restful."

Couldn't find any info on this.

So I remember in LE that you didn't have to pay Upkeep if it was your first event. Will that be the same for OR? What about maintenance?

Do we have to pay Upkeep or maintenance at the Adventure days?

I'm somewhat at a loss as to how to reply to that.

I know the answer, but some part of me balks at giving it out since it seems like that would encourage you to make build decisions based on a somewhat trivial factoid and we want you to build characters that make sense dramatically and thematically rather than squeeze every last Credit out of a rules system.

Example for Clarity--if I say "Yes, upkeep" does that mean you'll take "I eat garbage and don't have to pay upkeep?" If I say "No, no upkeep" does that mean you'll skip the garbage eating until later? Because I feel like whether your character is capable of eating garbage to survive should be based on the entirety of the character's life story to this point rather than on whether or not there will be garbage for him or her to eat at a specific event.

Strangely enough, I actually made sure I took "Salaried" (No upkeep cost) as one of my starting skills on the assumption that the first game day I played, (No guarantee that it will be an adventure day, but it probably will be) I'd have no credits and it would be good to have.

If I knew that the first game day had no upkeep cost?
Don't think that would have changed my selection at all.

Don't sweat the Min-Max'ers, they will always exist and find some "edge" that they think benefits them. In the end, it really comes down to what fun you have in the game.

<shrug> Either way. No upkeep for the first Adventure Day, no comment on the second. Upkeep represents your room and board for the past X time while in the game, and since game is starting AD1... <shrug>

Regarding an earlier statement about the Strain 117 that allows them to take the hindrance "Trick Knee" if they had the injury occur and heal improperly before they became "immortal," as well as how aging affects them: is it possible for Strain 117 to have children prior to their revitalization?

Also the "evolutionary-divergent population," by that wording it leaves it a little open to interpretation that a regular Strain has the chance of becoming a degenerate after they have already revitalized rather than becoming a regular Strain or a degenerate Strain upon immediate revitalization. Could you please clarify this (with lots of butter) for me.

Thanks.
